Everything was perfect, EXTREMELY HELPFUL staff, unbeatable location not far from the beach, the Malecon and main shopping street. Our room was tasteful and non-smoking with two double beds. We didn't want to leave, it was a fairly nice experience.

The hotel was fairly basic and in a comfy location. I got free upgrade and truly enjoyed it. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean. Staff were helpful and setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown. Moreover, I could explore 5 diciembre as it was right by the place.

The room was extra comfy and extremely nice, the location was particularly good! The staff were ready to help, so very very friendly. It was nice having air conditioning and cable television. Very easy to get from Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport, just 0.5 km. You guys made our stay very enjoyable.
